Facilitator Guide
Using the Teen Journal with a group?
The free Strength Becomes You Facilitator Guide gives educators, counselors, coaches and youth leaders a practical framework for bringing the journal's growth process to young people.
Through guided reflection, meaningful goal-setting, manageable action steps, review and celebration, teens begin to recognize their strengths, trust their own thinking and experience what it feels like to move themselves forward.
The guide provides the structure. You bring your experience, creativity and knowledge of the young people in front of you.
The Becomes You Series
The "Becomes You" journals offer a thoughtful space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
Clarity Becomes You helps quiet the noise, gain perspective, and strengthen self-trust.
Purpose Becomes You explores what matters most, helping you find greater alignment and live with intention.
Wisdom Becomes You invites you to honor your experiences, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with self-love and quiet strength.
Together, the series offers a cohesive path toward greater clarity, purpose, and peace. It is not about becoming someone new, but returning to who you have always been.

A Note from Kathleen
These books grew from real conversations—quiet moments where people paused, reflected, and chose differently.
Some begin with a book.
Some with a journal.
Some with a conversation.
But it all begins the same way:
a moment of honesty…
and a willingness to take one step forward.
